Yeah like u said all that work and commitment to just be gone takes an emotional toll as well

I actually can replace 90% of the bloodlines that I have, but I definitely wouldn't want to loose what I have here now. It could happen, a couple of dogs or coyotes could wipe me out if this electric fence fails.

It should hit the hardest just north of Angola where the Red hits the Mississippi, then the Mississippi areas will have to take the flooding from there.
think it will be enough to open the bonne Carrie spillway? It won't affect me unless they open the spillway which in turn will raise the lake. They had to a few years ago from melting snow up north

Idk buddy there is a heck of a lot of water flooding N. Louisiana. The news said it should crest Saturday in the Bossier City area, it's 4 feet above flood stage now. That's a crazy amount of water.
 
I can't imagine losing everything like that. I would lose my mind. H*ll I get mad when my pens get wet.
So much work and time goes into it all. I've lost 16 birds in one night before to a pair of foxes. They are both hanging on the wall now. Flooding and loose dogs aren't something I want to deal with.
