Yay! Thank you!

Here is Whitey:

(These first four photos were taken back during the summer. I have since treated him for the leg mites.)

He's kinda ugly, but I like him - he's very watchful of predators, and doesn't attack us. He coexists with my two other roosters peacefully as well (most of the time).

The pea comb made me think maybe he has some EE blood or something. And obviously mutts can look like anything. The way his tail sticks up makes me think of Gamefowl pictures I've seen. But I don't know what I'm looking at, anyway... I'm sure if he did have any Gamefowl blood, it's hatchery Game and not breeder Game. No biggie if he remains an undecided barnyard mutt...I just wanted to ask since I had nothing to lose.

His facial/head features looks like he might be part game....

The tail in the first photos also look game-ish, but the most recent ones photos he has small tail (probably from molting).

I would guess he may be 1/4 game or less. His body is too large and hunched over, and the colors are typical of White Brahma (not seen in games that I know of).

If I'd been thinking I'd have asked his breeding when I got him, but I doubt his former owner would remember now. He was destined for the soup pot, until he turned out non-aggressive.

This is true. I think I still have her number. At least she might be able to tell me what breeds she has on her farm, which might narrow the search.
