@ValerieJ oat milk is so good! I like it better than coconut milk.

How is it made? I've made almond milk before and wonder if it's the same process.

No idea how it's made. I bought it already made and I'm actually pleased with the sodium content. It's 35 mg per cup. My almond milk is 170 mg per cup! Definitely a healthier choice. I got it from thrive market.

It's creamy and I like it. I got 4 things of it for $8.99.

It does sound good. I like oatmeal, so I'm sure I would like oat milk too.

I bought new chickens yesterday I went to the swap after a last minute decision. I'm glad I did.

I need to get a recording of HeiHei crowing. Good grief this boy has me laughing all day. I have never really loved small chickens, but there is something about this sebright that I love.

Sid is leaving us tonight THANK GOODNESS! I truly can't handle his attitude anymore. Any rooster that focuses more on a human than on his ladies is going to be a complete nuisance!

HeiHei walks right up to me and wants love! He's just so amazing.

I really wasn't supposed to go to the swap, but something that morning told me that I needed to go. Then when I got to the swap everyone had white boards to write their prices on so I figured I needed a whiteboard too... Dollar tree was the best place for one.

Then that woman handed me $5 and I was quite shocked. I've never had a stranger be that kind to me before during the Christmas season.

It was a whole lot of blessings yesterday!

Doing bacon sausage and eggs and hash browns tonight got 7 yesterday but think it all new layers

Tacos tonight. I found Jennie O taco seasoned turkey at the store, Igor likes it and it's kid approved too. We add butter or milk to nonfat refried beans for creaminess. I like adding lime juice as well.

I baked these after assembling with meat, beans and cheese, then topped with salsa, guacamole, coleslaw mix and sour cream. Made the serving process quick and easy!
