Did not get the enchilada done last night the beef was not cooked to death yet
shredded waiting for tonight now

These tacos do have Taco meat
Rice, Re-fried beans, and Fresh steamed String beans on the side.

Dessert; home baked cake. Was sooooo tender, and moist, the knife cutting made rough edges

Late breakfast. I'm stuffy from allergies so I can't taste much but it does have a bit of heat.

So this was shredded roast beast beef enchilada turned out super made my own enchilada sauce roma tomato, tomatillo, jalapeno.. mexican onion several spices ...
added same to the shredded beef

Dinner here was simple chicken wings, devilish eggs, crinkle cut fries and carrots was the veggie where did everyone go

Brunch was pancakes, with cinnamon and raisin apples

Nothing like a bowl of hot soup to start off dinner

My second course was more of same as previous day.

Morning thinking breakfast for dinner unless I decide something else

I made homemade sloppy joes, pasta salad and broccoli slaw.

For brunch,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, stick sausage, 2 eggs, and cheese on toasted French loaf bread.

Made lazanki on stovetop.

My portion for dinner.....

This was dinner last night gonna tray purple slaw but no mayo in the recipe
I had pulled a recipe off the net guess I did not save it may just wing it
what if I do 1/2 cup of mayo I am the fussy one on that part
