Okay Pork for dinner cooked in spices, butter some garlic and dijon .. Stove top cornbread stuffing and brussle sprouts spray with olive oil sprinkle black pepper and sea salt bake 395
15 minutes shake often convection oven homemade apple sauce to go with

Good looking Cavey as always doing the 50 50 burgers tonight
picked up a couple zucchini from a guy that comes over from Eastern side of state has
a stand along the road we drive into town he will have good produce fresh also picked up a sweet onion for onion rings one night

Home baked sourdough bread. No,,,,, not me BIL baked it and brought a loaf over by the house.

Had it with some sliced cold cuts, toms, cream cheese and cheese for TEA.

Some European cookies for dessert.

Okay I was bad ate instead of took photos... 50 x 50 burgers, Tomato, fried zucchini and baked little red potato ... Cut the little buggers in half layed them face down, spray olive oil ... Sprinkle the pepper, bake at 425 convection 25 minutes ... Great dinner... Making Angle Fingers this morning

Seasoned Tilapia, Brussels in Dijon cream sauce, rice. Every now and then I think to take a photo. Last night was Shrimp Etouffee. No photo sadly.

Sowe did go into town heard that Morton has several inches of snow we have none ?
so went to Nacho's a Mexican restaurant I carnitas..... oh my good food
