Okay so did a coleslaw tonight red cabbage, zucchini and carrot I was given a salad dressing here cannot put a name to it
Salad Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup vinegar
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp Italian seasoning
3 cloves garlic
4 tbsp fresh black pepper
Dinner main course tortilla's ground pork and beef chilie added jalapeno
lots of cheese I like mine with tortilla strips

Dinner was a bowl of chili,,, Yea,,, it was just from a can,,, but I just had to have something to sooth my chili craving.

Have a pack of burrito tortillas, so made these baked chicken (sliced) wraps.

So tri tip was the steak I pan fried ... Cheated buy some pasta at Costco coated in garlic butter
garlic juice added to the butter dill sprinkled just right and Peas as vegetable steamed very lightly to retain the crunch .. Kinda fussy with veggies

Just ate regular food today, nothing unusual. But,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, did want to share my dessert here.

The bakery sells half portions of bunt cake as well as whole. I like the smaller quantity.

That looks awful good did the monthly grocery haul today so went to the tavern for dinner

Chicken, bacon and rice casserole. I made with pepper jack instead of cheddar. Not bad.

Skillet fried hamburger patty on a bagel. Too cold to grill outside, but still had a craving for a hamburger. No buns,,,, so a bagel was the substitute. Of course it was toasted

Dinner combo...... The potatoes are Yukon gold skillet fried

Today’s tradition: Dark Chocolate waffles for Valentines Day! With a homemade vanilla bean and white chocolate sauce. Toppings also include chocolate syrup, dark chocolate sprinkles, and fresh strawberries.
