It looks Great!

I have a bag of mesquite pellets to use now. They are very dark in color. From what I see about mesquite, a little bit goes a long ways. It looks to be goon on chicken and shorter cooked pork like baby back ribs

Excellent for chicken and fish, just be careful with salt it seems to enhance the taste in our opinions. Not a fan with pork.
