TONIGHT:
Center Cut Berkshire Chops W/Mac-chez & green beans..

First I browned Panko in a skillet. Then mixed with Parm cheese afterwards and egg washed the Berk Chops. Pressed the wet meat into the pre fried breading. Baked in oven for about 20 mins.
Yum..
 
Tomorrow:
Slow cooking some Ribs from suckling pig. Real young and at only 75# when processed. Full Berkshire bloodline. Younger, the more tender.
Homemade rub. Will absorb the rub overnight & I will cook these baby's for hours on low heat Friday.
Who knows? Maybe some pixs..:wee

SPICE RUB
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon paprika, sweet or smoked
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

I haven't been cooking too much (or anything worth sharing) and haven't gotten any notifications
Notification alerts are hit and miss. Same here. I had to bookmark all worthy threads I am interested in. I surf Byc via bookmarks anymore. I stopped counting on it to be accurate.
The system has a load and a half on it. It's a tuff bug to squash.
