@Farmer Connie it was horrible! The sauce was good.

ETA I used to be a pretty adventurous about food and always liked trying new things. When I started working my daughter took over the cooking and I didn't do much. Well, after she moved out I started cooking again. Looking online you come upon tons of blogs but I want to cook real food that my family will actually eat. I also hate stuff from a box, it tastes like cardboard. This thread has inspired my desire to cook and try things again that I wasn't so great at in the past. I don't have little kids, I work at home and get a whole day off to myself every week, so I cook. My husband is grateful for all of you lol.

Just wanted to post some supplies. Saturday DD is making a Baby Shower for DS's soon to arrive ANGEL. . Got 10 lbs of Italian Beef. This stuff is pricey compared to other frozen options, but sooooooooo
This beef is slow roasted, cant hear moooooo, only jummmmm from those eating it. Marinara and pizza sauce just to keep in stock. Mild Giardiniera for the weak sauce crowd. Have the Hot Stuff on hand as well. As family, we enjoy bringing something to share at party. This will be my haul along with a fruit assortment that DW always does.
Will try to sneak some pix when at party. Will wear spandex again....
