Tonight is going to be marinated center cut pork chops and flame broiled veggies. Who knows, maybe a glass of H2O..

Nothing fancy..
Cast iron skillet.
Pork chops w/red potatoes-red onions-white mushrooms-egg noodles concoction.

Sold some surplus Cockerels yesterday..woot!
That's few and far this time of year. 150 eggs went bye-bye over to another county. Got our feed run done for the week early. Usually we do that on Fridays. Have a tough schedule today so did the gallivanting yesterday.
Trying to consolidate our freezers this morning. Trying to fit the contents of 5 freezers into 3. We are running the heck out of the sprinklers in the pasture because of the drought and now using the air conditioner because of the early heat wave. All those factors are going to sky rocket our power bill. 2 less freezers cranking will help.
The forecast calls for rain next week. Everything is brown and not growing. Getting sun burnt. Driest spring I can remember.

Not sure of tonight's supper. Will find some mystery dish soon enough I suppose.

I had a disgusting chicken sandwich last night. So disgusting that I threw it away. Ate 4 pieces of Dove chocolate and called it a night. Hubs has been off work all week and been lazy.
I know someone who will be eating fish sticks and nasty chicken sandwiches next week. And tots. Lots and lots of tots.

Having them home can be stressful at times,sorry
