Went with Bf to Silky so he could hold them in a laundry basket there and I could take photo of peep so far you try to hold a camera and a peep and take the photo :confused: need six hands up there but this was dinner

Thank you! Here is the recipe for Asian Green Beans and Meat:
1 1\2 lbs. green beans
1 1\2 lbs. ground meat or stew meat
2 Tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
4 scallions, minced
8-12 dried chilies, minced or 1-2 tsp chili paste
2 Tbsp. rice wine
Salt and Black pepper to taste
1 tsp sesame oil

For the sauce:
2 Tbsp. Tamari
1 tsp sugar
8 Tbsp. oil (preferably peanut oil)

1. Heat pan on high and add oil when hot.
2. Add green beans to the hot pan and stir fry for 7-10 minutes or until tender but not mushy. Remove beans and set aside.
3. Add more oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, add the garlic, ginger, and scallions. Cook for 1-2 minutes and add chillies. Continue to cook until aromatic.
4. Add the beef and cook. Salt and pepper to taste and splash with wine.
5. Mix the Tamari, sugar, and oil to make the sauce.
6. Add the beans and sauce to the meat and combine.
7. Eat it! :)
