SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

On a oiled baking sheet, sliced, drizzled with olive oil, and then seasoned. I used salt, pepper, adobo and garlic last night.

I have also made it with an au gratin sauce. A friend sent that recipe to me and it was delicious. Perhaps your DH would like that.

ETA: 400, 25 to 45 min, depending on how tender you want it to be. Last night, 25 min.

Thank you! I'm going to try it. Hubs can't handle adobo but I can.

Oh are you shopping there now also I love their produce fresh buy most everything at Costco but know I could get a ham hock there also
I don't love their produce. What I have bought has been less than fresh or didn't last more than a couple days, much like Winco. I prefer to get my veggies from Fred Meyer, theirs are so nice and fresh. But, also Safeway if I don't want to drive to Longview or Tumwater. But, I love Fuller's for chicken!!! I'll go out of my way to get it there.
