I need some ham hocks...![]()
On a oiled baking sheet, sliced, drizzled with olive oil, and then seasoned. I used salt, pepper, adobo and garlic last night.
I have also made it with an au gratin sauce. A friend sent that recipe to me and it was delicious. Perhaps your DH would like that.
ETA: 400, 25 to 45 min, depending on how tender you want it to be. Last night, 25 min.
Or use a different seasoned salt, maybe Cavender's Greek Seasoning.Thank you! I'm going to try it. Hubs can't handle adobo but I can.

I love Fullers! They have free local range chicken!We all love carrots here also may look for a couple ham hocks at Costco or forced maybe at walmart or even fullers where I buy most the produce
