Yeah, we have them too. . I was just thinking of the "party food" aspect of it. But, yes, I suppose I could give party guests a fork too.

I don't want to go to the store today, so my pasta Primavera will be made with veggies on hand. Am I allowed to still call it Pasta Primavera? I'm thinking I have tomatoes, spinach, asparagus, broccoli and will toss in some parmesan. Sounds too green, maybe?

Yup... I just made my pasta primavera sauce and it has cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, peas, and black beans (for protein). I added a little bit of hot sauce to it so that it's spicy!

I like to let my primavera sauce sit for the day and then I reheat it because I get better flavor that way.

I did mine in the instant pot. I think I only have spaghetti noodles, but that works for me. Usually I would use fettuccine or something.
