I don't want to go to the store today, so my pasta Primavera will be made with veggies on hand. Am I allowed to still call it Pasta Primavera? I'm thinking I have tomatoes, spinach, asparagus, broccoli and will toss in some parmesan. Sounds too green, maybe?
Yup... I just made my pasta primavera sauce and it has cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, peas, and black beans (for protein). I added a little bit of hot sauce to it so that it's spicy!
