SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

They really are. I buy vine ripened tomatoes that are ripe but not mushy. But you could make this with any tomatoes. You might imagine it's not tomato season here right now, and the tomatoes didn't have much flavor raw, but they were delicious when they were cooked. You really should try making them. It's so easy.

Today I went to make a burrito and realized I didn't have the leftover rice and beans I thought I did, so I put shredded chicken breast, candied tomatoes, cheese and salsa in my burrito. It was really good!
I'm definitely giving them a try. Thanks for the recipe.
 
You're welcome! I want to know how you like them, and how you use them. I have put them on the plate as a side veggie before.
I'll likely try them that way first to see how they taste but I'll definitely let you know. I was thinking abiut salmon and rice for dinner tomorrow so that might be a good side to try.
