I can go one better, I can post the recipe. This recipe came from a friend. She uses Lipton's Onion Soup mix, and occasionally I'll make it that way. But my notes on the recipe and the LOS recipe at the bottom is how I normally do it. It is LOS without the dried onions. Then I grill onions and add instead of the dried onions. Definitely use more than 7-8 cloves of garlic. And really, the oregano and basil are the main seasonings. I used at least 2 TB of each to roll the meat in before browning.Can you list the seasonings/spices you use
If I use one of the meats recommended, I cook it in the crock pot for 8 hours on low. But, normally I use a Cross Rib or a London Broil and then I do it on the stove with a meat thermometer to 145 degrees, and that only takes about an hour and a half, depending on the size of the cut.
