We have a 1 yr old barred rock hen that is ill. She is drinking and eating but is very lethargic. She is not egg bound, and we flushed her crop and got tiny but of grass, fruit and clear liquid. She's keeping to herself. Seems to put bit of effort into breathing when stressed.
Diarrhea is changing...goes from greenish to yellowish..but drops out of her when we hold her.
This morning we started her on 'superboost'
I'm not sure what else to do to support her. Not sure what else could be wrong. We would appreciate any help. Our kids love her dearly. Thanks very much
