I would wash her up, get a good look at the vent for discharge, feel the abdomen for bloat, check her for lice, etc. Let us know what you find out.

Mom gave her a bath, put coconut out on her, rubbed her belly, fed her yogurt and apple cider vinegar in the water. She’s doing much better!
