sick chicken

I have a 1 year old roade island red. She has a mass in her abdomen between the legs that is semi soft but dense kinda like a water baloon. What do I do??!!

How is she today??

Not good. I drained about 30ml from her last night. Checked her this morning and she still looks very uncomfortable. I'm afraid I'm gonna have to put her down. I hate to cause she's a good bird. And a good layer.
