Sick / Hurt Hen, stomped by dog, what to do?

small update- her poops are completely back to normal. i only know because ive been lifting her to clean under her. still does not want to walk but is eager to eat and drink.

just wanted to give you guys an update. she is doing much better. she is almost 100% back to normal, minus a slight limp. She is back doing regular chicken things without any assistance! Foraging, holding her place in the pecking order etc. I’m not sure if she has stopped laying, because she hasn’t been separated from the rest for long enough periods of time. Hoping to see her leg heal completely over time.
