Sick or hurt goose?

    I am pretty sure its eating i have seen it eating by itself a little, idk why its breast is like this, it doesnt seem to affect it, when it honks it moves alot like a ballon its hard to explain anyone seen anything like this before?

    i forgot to add that i can stick my finger in the indent on his chest pretty far in.

    Is it the swelling to the the left side of the breast in the picture. Need afew more details really to be able to help you.
