The amoxicillin dose is 57 mg per pound orally twice a day. Probably not a good idea to give the whole flock an incorrect dose of antibiotics, especially if they aren't sick. A poo picture will really help.

Very true, but it was only the two. They are separate from the rest of the flock. I'm leaving town in the AM (9pm here now) so no poo image now, but I'm dropping her and her mate off with someone to care for her while I'm gone. Unfortunately it's not something I can cancel. I'll submit a pic when I'm back.

I would hope not, it's a nasty disease. I wanted to put it out there just in case though, in case the OP noticed that more symptoms were matching up. It usually sets in and kills them pretty quickly, though, so since this has been going on awhile it's not as likely to be that.
