Back last month I started this project on the 11th of June I worked from 9 to 11:30 then did more on Mon. & Tues. cutting brush down with my hedge trimmer. Total cutting time about 8 hours. I still had my usual chores to do, I tried to work on brush 9 to noonish or 2.

Before

AFTER -- I had 3 big brush piles when I was done
pile#1 - i had to drag branches up to the burn pit

I didnt do the burning until Thur. 7am

But, I had all except the rotted rounds left ay noon. When Grandpa came home he split them and finished them up closing down the pile.

So, I am very glad I got that done,
and this is what it looks like today all dried out

I had a full day on Tues the 15, I made beef and barley soup that morning, cut brush, watered gardens, mowed, cooked dinner, and fully planned to do the burn pile on Wed. the 16th BUT....
I didnt do any work outside on Wed. due to I had a vasovagal attack I got up at 3am, I had to go to the lady's room, I got in there, thought I felt a bit nauseous and thought, boy I hope Iam not coming down with something and ........... thats all she wrote, I did a face plant to the floor, passed out in a wringing wet sweat- I was very shaky when I came too and was on the sofa all day.
So weird, never in my life have I ever passed out cold,?????? I didnt get hurt but I did have a headache all day, I hit my forehead I think on the floor....

It can happen when you work hard like you were a 20 year old, and dont replenish the electrolytes. I drank water but when you are working up a wringing wet sweat and go for 5 hours and than do your regular work , ,,,, thats apparently not enough--

BUT if you look at page youll see I was right back out there and got the burn piles don on Thur. 17th..

That's a huge job!

I wish we had a safe place for dogs to run here, but we dont. We do have flea ridden/ dog fighting dog park that I wont take mine too. I took Ziva before we got Tony and when I found out people were bringing their dogs even though they had fleas- no more dog park.
I cant safely walk the Olympic trail, the people on bikes go 40mph, you have look over your shoulder the whole time so you dont get run over. So we walk up our 16% grade hill, it kills your back until you get up to the flat area. It takes a 20 min. to walk, more of a brain walk for the dogs than physical. We cant let the dogs run loose, people drive the dirt Rd. at 40, I wince when I hear them at the just about to the bottom, locking up the breaks and sliding on the gravel 🤦‍♀️😲

I have a small bit of wash to put away,
I need to water / feed the gardens,
I need to trim Rooster Bobs one spur it is starting to want to curve

Not really to much needed to be done today

We should walk the dogs up the hill and back, I might give them a quick shower after. I did just scrub them and did their nails last week,
I may pick up where I left off on Downton Abbey, Season 3 Episode Six

EDIT::::
[ I highly recommend you NOT do as I do-&- no one said coffee is BAD for you ]
This is what works for me, and what I do . Everyone has to do what is right for them,
Coffee may help reduce inflammation in most people. However, some people may experience increased inflammation following coffee consumption. If this applies to you, consider reducing your intake
