Good morning, having coffee and looking over the Azure web site. I WAS going to get fresh cherries and pit them but they are now out. They do have blueberries now so I'll get those.

I picked another bunch of green beans last evening and some tomatoes. I stir fried green beans in coconut oil to go with our oven roasted chicken , they were so good!
Its 50 out and a chance of rain.
laundry, watering, a tad of mowing (good greens for my chickens) and pulling up parsnips.

Sourdough starter is made, so I am looking forward to making 2 no-kneed sourdough loafs next week but in the mean time I'll make up some biscuits.
I have finally got the kitchen sink to stop dripping, plumbers puddy and clear calking. the nut that tightens up to the base of the sink is not budging, it is what it is and I am not buying a whole new sink. I will keep the little bucket under it just in case, but for now it is not dripping, :celebrate and I fixed the bath tup drain and repainted /touched up the front door and porch railing. I have a few boards that need replaced on the front steps and they need repainted.

:caf Have a great productive day!

OUTSTANDING!!!! Looks wonderful,
did you use a hand sander? what did you do/use?
please tell, what kind of paint did you buy?, I need to repaint out front porch before Oct.
First i replaced all failing boards with new. Then I used a pressure washer to clean them and power off any remaining paint. No soap, just water pressure. Then we scrubbed the deck with Behr all in one wood cleaner.

I then let it dry out overnight. Then we used Behr deck over paint. First, I hand painted any cracks to make certain they got filled in. Then I applied the first coat with a roller, let it dry, applied a second coat with the roller again.

It was a 2 day project but I am super happy with how it turned out.

I did not have to sand at all.

Good Morning!!
Coffees ready!!
up at 5:45, chickens are out and all is well,, GB's are still cooling and lids are concave! :wee Botulism freaks me out is why I have never canned GB's:gig

about 10pm, i was just about to start putting GB's in jars and I noticed water on the floor-- Ya know how in a --@LaFleche , yes we moved in [Jan. 2022} to the new to us house we bought in Dec. 2021--- new house you are always finding something that you didnt see and now know OMstars it wasn't dont right --well that is the kitchen sink-- water on the floor cuz the 2 pvs pipes coming down from the sink drains have no threads for the 2 pvc nut part thing to screw on to/hang on to or and are not glued--so the truly only thing holding the whole pvc stuff up is the pice of pvc going out the wall to the main drain and my sweet DH of 74 almost got stuck on the floor trying to find out WTH was going on in there and our "temp" fix was to prop it up until he can get to home depot-----
