I will keep you in my prayers all day, I dont like to fly

I've flown over a million miles on one airline, probably 2 million overall. Thus just has me a little rattled right now. Thanks so much for the prayers.

OOoooh!! Exciting! I prefer the single comb ones, but the rose combs are gorgeous as well. Light or dark brown?

I have been checking and today there were 11 available-- as I looked at the rose comb, they just didnt look the same, kind of ... crabby looking Hahahaha

I get that. That big straight comb really ties well with the leghorn personality.

@Mother-Hen-Michele --- ok, so I also homeschooled all of my kids 15years Lolool

I am rolling,

• dishes, thaw meat out for dinner, vacuum upstairs, change bedding,
• Scoop coop,
• finish trans planting sunflowers, work the new compost pile, trans plant romaine, make lunch
• trans plant B. sprouts,
• Feed the fruit trees- hull buckets of garden soil/compost to the apple and 2 apricot trees and one fig,
• feed the 2 slippery elm, hawthorn and witch-hazel
• 3p.m. COFFEE
• start dinner // the day is dont at 6pm

When my youngest graduates next year I will have been homeschooling for 21 years

When the hens get super poopy butt, it really helps - I never want the hens to get fly strike. sometimes I just do the hiney. So far this flock has done well, the 1yr olds have never had a bath.
