That's a little sad that they are the only 2 but sweet that they are so attached.

My two new ones are now out in their coop.

So much so that even with the door open all day they did not explore the run until after 2 this afternoon.

I have found that once they get use to the coop surroundings and braver, they inch outside hahaha

Good morning ,
My dogs got me up at 3:45
So we watched the news and had coffee. I got a load of wash going.
I built a fire and the dogs are BK. I went out at 6:30 and took care of the chickens.
Now it is breakfast time,

Today I rigged up a new, more substantial nest box blocker to keep the pullets from sleeping there. Now I have to remember to put it in place every night and take it down every morning.

Anyone else want a cup of herb tea? It just sounds good right now.
