something wrong with my chickens neck

Hello everyone, i had a chicken that hatched and a shell was stuck on its head… we waited a little to open the incubator and picked it up and we removed it with warm water, now its head is in the same position as if the shell were still on its head.

How is you chick doing?

I would give a weak chick 2-3 drops of Poultry Nutri-Drench twice a day. See that she's staying hydrated and encourage her to eat.
