So sorry to hear about your shoulder. We have a rule that my husband is not allowed to play games with kids anymore. The last time he kicked a soccer ball around with a bunch of 8 year olds...he broke his wrist! Oh, and he had major rotator cuff surgery that was not arthroscopic....so we've been through that too. Hope you feel better really soon.

I have 3 Polish, 2 white crested and I don' t know what you call the other one[black and red all over] I think they are all Roos They are about 8 weeks old Iwill have to rehome the roos when I know for sure.

I have so much I want to do today. I'm trying really hard to get motivated. I watered the yard and garden and pruned a rosebush so far, but that's hardly a drop in the bucket!

I also need motivation to finish some sewing projects, vacume, dust, fold clothes and food shop.
So far I have washed clothes, watered 3 gardens and countless potted plants....filled dishwasher, fed parrot/dog/inside peeps/outside girls and gathered up the garbage for pick-up.
Geez.........i still see no end in sight!

Yesterday, a baby (or female?) cardinal got caught inside the screen house. Of course, I had to take a picture. It was so freaked out, though, that I didn't try to get a better shot.

Laura's FD is having a raffle for cash prizes. First prize is $1,000. Four prizes of $500 and eight prizes of $250 each will also be awarded. If anyone wants in. PM me and let me know. Although I plan to win all the prizes myself.

And I am wearing my bird nerd shirt today already had a very cute (ahem!) guy ask me where I got it because he thought it was cool! He's a chicken lover too. Be still my beating heart! If only he weren't so young I could have babysat him.

So cute - it's a female. I love the girls, I think they're prettier than the boys by far to be honest.

I would do your daughter's raffle but we already won the 50/50 raffle at the preschool carnival this past spring so my luck is over! Good luck though!

Since DH hasn't been so active with the broken shoulder, now his kidney stones are bothering him.
I will be working outside today pulling weeds.
