Summer 2012 Granny "Square" Swap (sign ups closed)

It's just important to remember less is more when it comes to the glue, just a small dab will do it

(did I give away an age w/ that?)

Okay double checking my math here. We have 13 total participants who will be getting squares (althea is just making some but isn't recieving any) several are doing multiple sets for a total of 20 sets. So the sets we send in are 20 sets -(minus) how many sets we are doing, right?

We all do 20 squares for one set. If you've committed to doing 2 sets then you will send in 40 squares.

I was operating on little sleep when I posted this after work, anyway what I meant is I crochet 20 squares per set, but only send 18 per set since two of the 20 are me, right?

We shall have to wait and see what Sunny says when she is able to log on since she is hosting. It's always up to the hostess how the whole Swap is handled, but in the past we have sent all number of squares required to make dividing easier. Swap math always twists my brain.

Sending all 20 squares in will make for a surprise of which of your own squares you get back.

I'm looking for opinions.
I made a square which turned out perfect in front. The back side has a lump in the middle. I speculate I missed a chain when connecting.
Should I send it in as is, or take it apart and start again?
All opinions welcome.
