Nope, they're not necessarily just Plymouth Rocks - they could also be Dominiques, if they have a walnut comb. Not all of them have their comb visible, and sometimes hatcheries mix those two breeds up.

with all due respect Dominiques have rose combs. (So you know in the future.)

Too young, by 8 weeks of age, when fully feathered out, most will be easy to sex, etc.

black and white look like Australorps to me and polish is the fluffy headed one and the gray maybe be lavender orps, some lavender bird.

The first 2 black and white ones, the others are barred rock or domonices.
