Swollen vent, need help asap (graphic pics)!

Looks like a bulging hemorrhoid rather than a full prolapse.

there was a white plug, very cheesey looking,
Sounds like infection, look up 'lash egg'.

Is her abdomen swollen and squishy(water belly - ascites)?

I'd isolate the bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so you can closely monitor her intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and her poops. I do this in the coop building so she can stay with her flock to avoid reintegration issues..

I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in.
If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

Thanks so much for your response. At this point I don't think it is a prolapse, more of a hemorrhoid like you said. Her actual vent opening is still clear after her bath and "clean out." Her poop has improved a lot. It was very watery earlier, but it's starting to solidify. She continues to eat and drink as normal. Not sure how long the "bulge" will take to go down, It seems to have gotten smaller, but hard to say for sure. I have sprayed the area with Veterycin a couple times today. Her normally erect comb is still wilted :(

Her abdomen is not squishy. She's separated in the garage for now with another hen who seems to have a crop issue... (that one pooped a very long stringy poop, and had foul breath. after some olive oil and light crop massaging, she has pooped normally. I'll check her droppings in the morning. I'm not sure if both hens' ailments could be related, monitoring closely for now. They do have access to grass so perhaps she got some stuck in her crop?)

I would wait and see what her next poop looks like and recheck. She might just need to clear out her system.
Thank you. Her poop has improved and her vent has remained clear since I cleaned it out. Will see in the morning if the swelling goes down.

Sounds like you've got it well in hand.
All you can do is observe for a few days see how it goes.
Best of cLuck!

Update: Just did a more thorough cleaning, with plans to remedy her prolapse. It seems she had a lot of poop/matter that needed to be cleaned out. there was a white plug, very cheesey looking, and after that the hole was clean looking and the flesh was pink just within the hole, no deep pink flesh that would suggest her insides coming out. Wondering if this could still be a prolapse, or she simply had some weird blockage that was only allowing her to pass runny poops and it caused her vent to swell? Thanks

I have dealt with prolapse quite a bit in my flock over the years. I still think its prolapse, however, regardless of what it is, soaking her butt everyday for a few days will diffidently be helpful in the healing process:)

My concern would be salpingitis too. Did you cut open the white rubbery mass? If it is a lash egg, then you would be well advised to start her on a course of antibiotics, asap. If it is not treated in the early stages, it usually proves fatal. I'm not one for using antibiotics unless they are absolutely necessary, but if she passed a lash egg, then she has an infection of the oviduct (salpingitis) that needs treating. As eggs are released from the ovary they will clog up in the infected oviduct where more lash eggs will form, they will block the oviduct and may cause further eggs to be laid internally until she fills up. The gut/bowel will become blocked again and next time there may be so much material that you cannot clear it and she will die either from toxic poisoning due to being unable to evacuate waste, or infection or heart failure.
