Taste Test: eggs from different fowl, participation encouraged

HATCH THEM ALL!!! How could people eat partially developed eggs?!?
O My gosh guys.
I took a picture at the store...I am just now noticing the sign below the eggs.
This means I bought almost done ducks on purpose.
I can't believe this. I am a complete IDIOT!
You would think the employees would kindly let me know/double check to make sure I knew what I was buying right?
NO WONDER THEY WERE ALL LOOKING AT ME FUNNY!

Thank you @KikisGirls. I'm surprised you still find eggs appetizing.
I don't.
I just had to try to finish something I started.
This taste test...and I didn't actually finish it because I can't eat any other type egg right now.
Besides quail eggs are real egg.

My quail decided to lay and I want to check fertility, so I'll scramble them up today or tomorrow. I did make tiny deviled eggs with them before.

i only have had chicken, duck and quail eggs (but the quail eggs where from the store)
here are my thoughts
chicken egg well this is what am most used to eating

duck eggs, i really like duck eggs to be honest, to me that taste the same as chicken eggs but make for really good omelettes. but i don't get many as i only have two ducks (both are hens) but there Swedish ducks only laying around what 100-150 eggs per year each.
and quail was factory farmed so i really don't have an opinion on fresh quail eggs.

Can you believe I have never made this?
What exactly do you put in your recipe?

The quick and easy is buy a frozen pie crust (you could make crust from scratch). Whisk together a cup and a half of heavy cream with 4-6 eggs (depends how big your eggs are, I did 2 chicken, 2 duck eggs), pour into the pie crust, add in about a cup of shredded cheese (any variety) add in any meat or veggies you'd like or whatever is in your fridge, bake at 350 for about 40 minutes (top will start to fluff up and brown, make sure you put the pie pan on a cookie sheet because it tends to overflow a little).

I have not made quiche in years, but I now have an abundance of fresh eggs! It keeps well in the fridge for like a week and you could just cut a slice off and heat it up as you want.
