Both pullets! Were they from Cheryl that she hatched from my english?

Yes they are the ones Cheryl hatched from you. Any idea why the first one is feathering out so slowly compared to the others? Do you have some that are just really slow to feather in completely? (I've had regular Orps, but this is a first for me on the English Orps) The feathering looks and feels normal, so I don't think anything is wrong with her, just slow to feather in. They are both beautiful and so friendly. The boy (now girl) came up to me in the run today to be picked up. So sweet.

Edited for clarification

I've had one or two regular American standard and English to feather in slower than normal over the years. Julie has too I believe and so did Cyn (specklehen) if I remember correctly.

They catch up no worries.

On the plus side for you, all 4 Cheryl hatched were pullets.

Took a few pics today. The sun was shining bright so some of the coloring may look a little washed out.
First is one of my pullets that is a fat round girl

Julie, they look great! Is the first girl that light, or is it the sun? Boy, that would be a nice color! Those blacks are looking wonderful. OH, and that dark blue roo is really gonna be a big one, isn't he? Drooling here ....

I took a few pictures today, too. Very nice out, 56* ....
I will post pictures later, so this page isn't so hard for some to load.
