I have fallen in love with the Lavender Orpingtons and Jubilee Orpingtons. I so would like to add a handful to my flock. Please contact me, if any one is selling. I live in Arizona, and have been ordering day old chicks off the internet. So far, I have been very lucky. I have ordered as few as 6 at a time, and they have all arrived healthy and sound. Please put me on a waiting list for the imported English Orpington. Thank you, Ivana

I have some Juvenile Jubilee pullets available as well some juvenile Large Fowl Chocolate Orpington pairs. PM me if you are interested

That's great. How much are you asking for the pair and shipping charges to 85262 Arizona?

Please let me know. Thank you, Ivana

how might i get stock from you I'm very new to this even though I've raised birds for the last six years lol I've never committed to anything til finding English orps
I ship young birds all over the country once the weather cools off. I will not risk shipping birds in the heat. Please PM me for details if interested. Be aware that i raise Buff Orpingtons exclusively.

How old are the English orps when they begin to lay?
It depends on what line they come from if the breeder bred for more of a dependable layer they may start 5-6 months, if that line was bred for more of a show bird they may not start until 8-9 months sometimes even older it just depends on the line.

I have 2 lines one for a more dependable layer ( starts laying around 6 months) and the other line for a more typey show bird (starts laying around 8 months)
and when I breed those together I am hoping to have a good type bird that lays a little bit earlier...we'll see this is my first year breeding those lines together.

Hope that helps

Want to hear something funny? Someone in Kent England is using a picture of my Splash hen here to sell Orpingtons

Someone saw this advertisement and sent me this link asking if this wasn't my girl

Sure enough it is. I just don't understand folks using pictures to represent their birds like false advertising and not even asking permission. I did try to contact the Pets4homes but don't know if they got it.
