Oh POO! yes and one just popped out of my first set (not orps-BR, BBrahma LF, & calico cochins) but that's for another thread....and yes I've got many many of Joy's babies to be staying nice and toasty at 99.5 & 45% humidity!

Come on and join us Cheryl and bring the bator !! We can make soap, listen to Loreena McKennitt, feel that wonderful ocean breeze, and hatch chicks - all at the same time !!! Life doesn't get much better than that !!!

Beth - Loreena has a new CD coming out in November !! I cannot wait. November is a good month - a new Loreena McKennitt CD and the new Harry Potter movie coming out !! YAY.

Kassandra - be sure to let us know about the chicks. I have shipped 4 different shipments of chicks and juveniles since Tuesday and yours are the last to be delivered - I've been a nervous wreck all week.

I do too Katy. I never listen to much of anything besides her. Her new CD is being released on 11/16 (I think if you are a member of her community you have the opportunity to purchase it prior - which I will defintely be doing). The name of it is "The Wind that Shakes the Barley" You know what is funny...we went to see her in concert a few years back in Asheville, NC (She was fabulous), but turns out that Beth was at that same concert !! Didn't know each other then, but still...small world.

I wanna come!! I ll bring a bator with blue/splash orps, buff orps, and banty salmon favs and then a brooder with English chunkers and I'll help make soap too!!... Oh well it sounds awsome!! I'd love to learn to make soap! So cool

Well count me in on wanting to learn to make soap!!! Where do I sign up?

AND WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Another Loreena CD!!!! I have just about worn my others out!

It is a small world, indeed- we were sitting up in the boonies for that concert, but it was fantastic- people were dancing in the aisles up where we were- I LOVE her music. I love the old ballads

OK, back to chickens! I looked at my kids this morning and finally saw that round look coming on some of them. Skoche is turning beautiful shade of blue, and I still cannot tell if I have one pullet or two out of the blacks. Max's comb is tipped slightly to one side- I hope that straightens out, because he is getting better and better looking all the time- and still HUGE.

I can't wait to see your babies, Kassandra- pics NEEDED!
