Thats exciting! I only have 2 splash Ameraucana hens they are part of a breeding flock.

Is he a splash with leakage? I dont think normal splash chickens can have brown feathers...

Like spangled.
Alot of people reference spangled. Spangled is white tipped feathers on an otherwise normal colored chicken.

Or pyle. Anything red and white Is a Pyle, wrong
Pyle is white base on an otherwise normal colored chicken. Poke can be any color. Like a BBR would be white base instead of black

Genetically he should be black, but anyone that has worked with color genes for a decade knows that these things happen. I have a son out of him that is very nearly black. Unless you see him fairly close up he looks black. Notice the faint gold on his hackle and saddle.

Splash is two blue genes on any other base color.
