So I have no intentions whatsoever of acting on this. But based on what I can see in the picture, there's one cockerel with four pullets. $30 gets you a beautiful flock with some hatching eggs later on. I could be completely wrong on the 1:4, but if I could, I would take this offer in a heartbeat.

:love Those are so pretty!

Beautiful. Great breed too. I see one roo.
It's a breed that is drawing my attention the more I read about it. It seems like most people who have Orph's really really love them. I'm not a big fan of the way the Buffs look, but I do quite enjoy the lavender. I was recently reading a thread regarding the lavender carrying something in the genes that gives the chickens kind of a frilly feathered back. It was not as pronounced as a frizzle, just a bit ruffled, but I quite liked the look.

I had a lavender orp in Bantam she was 9 when she passed away last year such a sweet mild mannered hen and a wonderful mama. I have 2 chocolate Orpintons and a Mauve Orpington they are all Bantam size wonderful hens and great broodys and mamas. As you can tell I love to have live bators.
