Ok today was really weird. Somebody drove through my back gate and destroyed it. But the scary part is they came back three times afterwards and ran if we went to confront them. Two times with us and one with our neighbor. Think I might sleep with the AR tonight. Been here 10 years never had anything like this. Why do they keep coming back. One of the men got out of the car and waived at me before running away. I fell like I'm in a Stephen King novel.

People are getting desperate! Now the beer-virus-panic related consequences are catching up with us: Here you can only buy ham for a premium, vegetables are either sold out or expensive and a lot of folks are out of jobs and money. I am seriously considering to buy a shotgun.
Last week on Wednesday night my Duck-Egg sign was stolen, on Thursday our trash-can "walked away". Bought a cheap new one and installed my trail-camera. If i catch the folks who i think are behind this, they will get some visitors…

Good morning. I dunno honestly. They are alive, or were a couple days ago when I candled, but I’m a little bit worried about the size of the air cell on one. It’s kinda big and now I’m worried it’ll shrink wrap in there and the duckling won’t make it. I made a thread on it, will see if I get some replies.

Good Morning, Day, Afternoon, Evening or Night everybody.

We had the second night of "hard" frost here (-2°/29F), the waterer in the duck run froze solid, but the outside waterer with the heating cable didn't. So there were 40 thirsty ducks raiding a 3" pipe this morning… Now it is already above the freezing mark, bright blue sky and lot's of sunshine here.

How everyone! Wunda people around here must not know how to use bow an arrow either thank goodness I’ve never seen a wild animal walking around with an arrow sticking through them but hear of it happening. We had 2 dead deer down below us from being shot and made it almost to the river. Didn’t even know they were there till one of our dogs came to me carrying a leg bone then we found them.
