All this sweet potato talk is making me hungry! I LOVE sweet potatoes!

Another great way to start sweet potatoes is to take a whole sweet potato and put it halfway in the dirt. Keep it watered. Soon it will grow roots and vines. Once the vines are about a foot long you can take cuttings and put them in a jar of water. They grow roots really quickly and you can have a whole mess of sweet potato starts in no time!

Hi everyone I hope you’re all well. I am indeed an axe murdering beast who must be avoided at all costs, but could possibly be ok if I bring peas and leave them in some water for a snack. The girls are about 4.5 weeks and as tall as a five gallon bucket already!

This will pass as soon as they feather out. All ducks go through the axe murderer stage from about 4 to 8 weeks.

Wow, for that long?! Ok thanks for that info. I’ll keep up the greens and peas every few days and see if that helps when they’re done.
