Probably it is full Spring here. I have no experience with Muscovys, only Mallard derived ducks. Since my focus is eggs, I think they are not for me. Speaking of eggs, i m taking a trip over the weekend. Poorly planned as I have a hatch starting while I'm gone. I did find someone to egg sit. I've A pet sitter but egg sitting requires special skills. I'm so lucky to have two people willing to egg sit for me. Hopefully they stay in their calcium prisons till I return.I sometimes miss my muscovys... and then I remember the spring time and the terrifying flapping and snapping and I remember why I sold them on. That could be the same reason those 9 are being given away
