What is Oracle syntax?!

From the little bit I've read, and based on the definition of syntax, I'd guess it's part of the programming used by Oracle.
That's just aguess though.

What context was it presented to you in?

It's been years since I've done anything with Oracle and their syntax (the way you construct the statements to do things) is very different from anything Microsoft. When I last worked with Oracle, I had a tool that did the syntax for me, these days I have to write it free hand. So google is my friend.

I'm guessing it's a linux-based system. I've ran Unbuntu on the pc a few times and quite enjoy it. It's much better on resources than Microsoft any day. I just wish more programs where compatible, or I was better at programming.
