Chris I have the exact same problem and it sucks. If I take Rx sleep meds I freaking sleep walk which is not good.I mainly use a homemade herbal tincture. It could knock out a horse (not an autocorrect). I've always had an insomnia issue in general though. Sometimes it's getting to sleep, but most times it's staying asleep. I have to be careful what time I go to sleep because if I wake up, it's for the day. So I try not to sleep before midnight, which I've been doing. I like waking up early, but 4:00 is as early as I like it. This before 3:00 stuff is not even for the birds!![]()
