"Our" wild turkeys are so interested in the chickens when they free range. A couple of the females have gone right up to them to hang out, but the chickens are a bit cliquey and won't accept their friend request.
I have wild turkey hens that come into the yard and hang with my turkeys in the spring..
The hussies take advantage of my innocent young boys and leave..

Aww! So cute! I actually debated on adding turkeys this year, but I haven't done enough research on the to confidently do that this year. I'm worried they'd run off if I let them free range with the rest of the flock.

You can’t make a turkey run off.. they will be in your front yard, or back yard wherever you are..

when your not outside they will wait by your door for you to come outside..
