My saving grace is that I already had the more mild Strain B flu this year. This time it's strain A. But having had the flu already, my immune system has a jumpstart on it this time around. My parents have it too and they have it way worse than I do.

That’s a Florida Mosquito! Can carry off a full grown Pekin!

I've been to Florida a few times. Stayed with my uncle in Jacksonville for a week once.
The mosquitos at his house were absolutely horrid! It was July . hot sticky miserable during the day..and
It rained every single day which only made it hotter and more humid. My hair hated the humidity too. It was impossible to do anything with it.
I also saw a giant roach like thing the size of a dessert plate.. And a spider nearly as big. Hell to the NO. Florida is not for Shaw.

Yikes, I had chills and pulled a second blanket over me, then accidentally fell asleep and woke up with a fever of 104.8.

Luckily it's on the way down now after a cold shower.

I'm going to be off this weekend guys. My sister just got put into a mental hospital and I still need to set everything up for the new duck.

He tried to tell me it wasn't a roach..
I don't care what you wanna call it. That was a mutant ninja roach if I ever saw one.
They came in the house sometimes too!
I could barely sleep for fear of them. If I woke up with one of those on my face I think I would die on the spot.

Palmetto bugs are a welcomed sight compared to German roaches. They are like little Houdini's except they escape in to the house. Did you know they fly? Really good too... Nothing funnier than watching somebody catch one in the face. The look they give, it's great.
