I got to read it, I just didn't have my coffee yet.

It's off to a decent start. In only 3 days the Ancona and Runners have learned to come out in the morning and go to bed at night. I didn't even have to lure them with food!


They did spook me last night though. I cam around the corner to put them to bed and not a single duck in sight.

I've been leaving the shack door open, and then around dusk time turning on the lights in there. Last night, they where AOL sitting in their correct spots and in the dark! I had to do a head count twice just to be sure.

Most of the Anconas, are getting very pretty sheen in the light. Terry's cheeks are green in the light, makes him sick out.

No wonder your Guinea like the Silkies maybe she thinks she is one being same color. They are beautiful. Don't you love the coloring that is showing up on your Anconas? it's so cool to see the changes. My little Runner drake who will be 7 weeks Wednesday is getting some green on his little black head.
