Great! Our house is progressing, flooring guys started yesterday, move-in is planned for next Thursday! Hanging out at our old house today, but most days we are over there at the new place to move the smaller stuff and clean up the yard which was quite overgrown. Getting there bit by bit. We had a real estate agent at our old place to give us a quote on listing it. Lots of work, but better than waiting.

We bought our place a couple of years ago, and I am happy that we did. The process is a PITA but it sure is nice once it's all over. When are you expecting to be fully moved in?

Next Thursday most of our furniture and big stuff. We will then begin the clean up phase of putting our old house on the market. It is a mobile home in a rental park, we hope to sell it quickly and move on.

Do you have a place to take them, or DIY?

Nope, do it all myself with the help of a few family members! Its a bit time consuming, they don't pluck real well. I've heard of some people using wax to get the feathers to come out better, might try it this year, not sure.

I'm going to go make a salad with blueberries, strawberries, thinly sliced pork loin, a touch of seasoning and some peach yogurt for dressing...
I didn't even know I was hungry, now I think I'll go eat for 2.
