Yes that is a mixing bowl. I have a very large appetite when it comes to salad, and it takes about that much to fill me up.

I'm not really sure to be honest. Sweet peppers of some kind. I didn't grow these.

Nope, do it all myself with the help of a few family members! Its a bit time consuming, they don't pluck real well. I've heard of some people using wax to get the feathers to come out better, might try it this year, not sure.

I just watched a video on this! If I were going to save the whole duck, I think this is what I would wanna do.
