Morning Elly, how are you today? I'm not doing particularly well right now. I lost someone very close to me yesterday and even though I know he's with God now, it still hurts.

And to expose that I too lurk in different places. Do some research on Beta Glucan in chicken feed. Oats are a super food because of them up to about 15% (that number is widely debated) above what ever the real number is, beta glucans act as a nutrient blocker and chickens can actually starve to death. Don't take my word for it, do your own research, the information is out there.

I might be letting this go to my head... but I'm pretty sure I'm a guinea whisperer. ;)

Mrs Brown investigating the camera. I like both of the Nn, but this one is much sweeter.

A few pics with Mrs Black... You can see her "3rd waddle" pretty good in the last picture.

Just being silly on the way home from the bus. It's hard to stay in a bad mood when you've gir a tickle monster riding your shoulders.

I'm doing well. I'm really really sorry to hear about your loss. :hugs:hugs:hugs:hugs:hugs

Thank you for telling me that about the oats.
It's always good for me to have more witnesses to show my mom. I will definitely do some research on it. Thank you very much for letting me know! :)
I pray things get better for you very soon! :):hugs:hugs:hugs:hugs:hugs

I really like it! Great picture! :love :thumbsup
Thanks!
I sure hope they make it to hatching and then they make it to maturity once they're hatched!
It really isn't fair for you put in all that time and money and get nothing out of it.
What breeds will they be?
Thanks again! The eggs where not marked, so I'm not sure what is still there. The breeds are O Shamo and Tomaru (long crower).
@WVduckchick is sending me some eggs from her stock, and should yield much better results than I've been having so far. I've been down in the dumps with how I feel about hatching eggs, but after taking with her, I'm getting excited again. She has some very pretty birds!

Great pics! :love You seem to be VERY good at taming birds. Mine are NEVER quite that tame.
They're friendly but they won't let me hold them like that, for sure!
