Thanks for the pictures! Of the colors I've seen so far (yours and others) I like the chocolates thre best for Scovies. I like chocolate on a lot of birds, but Scovies seem to get nice deep and creamy colors.
20 more babies huh? Looks like next seasoned going to have lots of slaughtering to do. How old do you harvest scovies usually?

I like the chocolate ones a lot, too. :)
They're probably my second favorite of the colors I currently have now.

I usually butcher them at 15 weeks. Sometimes I butcher them a little older or a little younger then that, but for the most part I do them at 15 weeks. I think I'll have approximately 85-90 Muscovies to butcher this year. Food, eh. :lol:
