I am going to pick pumpkins this weekend. One of the big farms down the road has a huge pumpkin patch and I love to buy local! You will definitely get more winter weather than me but I tell you it is quite the change moving from Texas to Maryland, mostly in summer and winter. Maryland is way better in the summer and Texas is more comfortable in the winter mostly.
What elevation are you at?
not particularly high since we are kind of in a mountain valley off of the Potomac. I think we are only about 800'. The mountain is higher just up the road from me.
